Kiran Misra’s practice covers both transactional and leasing work, and she has experience in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio and single-asset industrial, multi-family, office, and mixed-use commercial properties. This experience includes the negotiation of acquisition and construction loans as both lender-side and borrower-side counsel. Kiran also assists her clients with their real estate-related corporate needs such as the preparation of entity formation documents, operating agreements, and other organizational documents. Her leasing practice includes representing landlords and tenant in retail, office, and industrial lease negotiation and drafting. Kiran also assists clients with governmental permitting issues, telecommunications services agreements, general service agreements, easements, and various ancillary documents.
Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Kiran practiced general real estate and local government law at a boutique municipal law firm in Atlanta. She has served as the Staff Attorney for the Honorable Ural Glanville in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, and began her career on the real estate team at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP.
