Kiran P. Misra | Partner

Kiran Misra’s practice focuses on the representation of owners, investors, and developers in the acquisition, development, and disposition of portfolio and single-asset industrial, office, mixed-use and multi-family properties as well as single-family communities. Kiran’s experience includes the negotiation of acquisition and construction loans with a focus on borrower-side representation. Kiran also assists her clients with their real estate-related corporate needs, such as the preparation of entity formation documents, operating agreements, and other organizational documents. She also has experience representing landlords and tenants in various retail, office, and industrial leasing matters.

Kiran’s representative projects include the development of architecturally significant multi-family towers in Atlanta’s midtown neighborhood, the acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition of popular flex-industrial and retail properties across Atlanta, and the acquisition (including property assemblages) and development of many single-family communities across Georgia.

Like many of her colleagues, Kiran’s focus on problem-solving, listening to the needs of her clients, and closing deals has ensured successful long-term relationships with many clients.

Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Kiran practiced general real estate and local government law at a boutique municipal law firm in Atlanta. She has served as the Staff Attorney for the Honorable Ural Glanville in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, and began her career on the real estate team at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP.
