Kiran Misra’s practice focuses on the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, development, and disposition of portfolio and single-asset industrial, office, mixed-use, and multifamily properties as well as single-family communities. Her experience includes the negotiation of acquisition and construction loans with a focus on borrower-side representation. Kiran also assists her clients with their real estate-related corporate needs, such as the preparation of entity formation documents and joint venture agreements.
Kiran’s representative projects include the development of architecturally significant multi-family towers in Atlanta’s midtown neighborhood, the acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition of popular flex-industrial and retail properties across Atlanta, and the acquisition (including property assemblages) and development of many single-family communities across Georgia.
Kiran’s focus on problem-solving, listening to the needs of her clients, and closing deals timely has ensured successful long-term relationships with many clients.
Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Kiran practiced general real estate and local government law at a boutique municipal law firm in Atlanta. She began her career on the real estate team at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP.
