Ann Kustoff | Counsel

Ann Kustoff’s practice focuses on the development and leasing of industrial, office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties, and representing residential developers. She has extensive experience in the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial properties and residential communities (including property assemblages), ground-up development, and portfolio transactions. Her experience also includes negotiating commercial construction and acquisition loans; industrial, warehouse, and office leasing; joint venture formation; and the representation of borrowers in secured financing transactions.

Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, P.C. in 2015, Ann Kustoff served for 8 years as in-house real estate counsel with Duke Realty Corporation and before that was an associate with the real estate practice group of King & Spalding LLP.
