Kelly Mancini | Senior Counsel

Kelly Mancini is a seasoned commercial real estate attorney at Sheley, Hall & Williams, P.C., focusing her practice on commercial leasing as well as transactional work, including acquisitions, dispositions, and grocery-anchored retail development in both developed and new development matters. During her career, Kelly has negotiated and closed a broad range of commercial leases—including office, industrial, and retail centers — and has advised on the acquisition and disposition of significant similar real estate assets. In addition to her work with commercial clients, she also represents developers of residential communities, providing comprehensive legal guidance through every stage of development including navigating complex matters in both raw land and horizontally developed lots. With years of valuable in-house experience, Kelly brings a practical, business-oriented perspective to her private practice, enabling her to deliver insightful and effective solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

Kelly has been actively involved in the Penn State Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter, previously serving as a board member. She serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law where she teaches Contract Drafting and Deal Skills in the Center for Transactional Practice and mentors the next generation of transactional attorneys.

When she is not advising clients, Kelly enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
