Josh Schwartz is an Associate with the firm’s Leasing, Transactional, and Development groups whose practice involves all elements of modern commercial real estate transactions.
Josh works with developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of a wide variety of commercial assets ranging from Class A office towers to multi-family apartment complexes. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in various commercial office, retail, and industrial leasing transactions throughout the United States as well as assisting clients with related asset management matters. Josh also assists clients with corporate and organizational documentation in connection with their real estate business.
While a student at Emory University School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor for the Emory Law Journal, Josh received a certification in Transactional Law & Skills as part of Emory University’s Center for Transactional Law and Practice program in addition to his J.D.
Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Josh was an Associate on the Real Estate team at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs, LLP. Josh currently lives in Grant Park with his wife and son.
