Rachel K. Boudoin | Partner

Rachel Kanarek Boudoin specializes in commercial lease transactions with a focus on landlord/owner representation. Her leasing practice encompasses retail, office, and industrial negotiations. She has significant experience working with the varied components of mixed-use developments and navigating the unique situations that arise with such developments.

In addition to traditional space leases, Rachel’s practice also has a considerable focus on existing and emerging communication technology. She helps her clients understand and negotiate technology/telecom infrastructure agreements, whether to maximize profitability of rooftop space or to provide the valuable amenity of connectivity to their tenants and other end-users, or both.

Rachel’s leasing expertise often plays an integral role in complex land deals, including development build-to-suits, ground leases, and acquisitions/dispositions. Her clients can confidently look to her for guidance on many real estate-related matters. In each instance, Rachel enables multiple entities with varied interests to work cooperatively towards a mutually beneficial outcome.

Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Rachel was an Associate on the Real Estate team at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP. She began her career at The Giacoma Law Firm, P.C. (f/k/a Weiss & Giacoma, P.C.), a boutique commercial real estate firm.
