Andrew focuses his practice on all areas of commercial real estate law, representing developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, and lenders in industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Andrew has experience in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and operational matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing purchase and sale contracts, leasing agreements, loan documents, title commitments, ALTA surveys, and related documents. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in real estate law.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate supporting the corporate debt team at an AmLaw 100 firm. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as a staff writer for the First Amendment Law Review, and his B.A. in History and Philosophy, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
