Prior to joining the firm, she practiced with national law firms and served in in-house counsel roles, advising clients and executive teams on real estate transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and business operations. She has represented clients across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, restaurant, healthcare, distribution, office sharing, and commercial development. She also has experience managing high-volume transactions and supporting strategic business initiatives nationwide.
