Parking & Security Desk Information

Parking can be found directly across the street from our building, at the Truist Garden Plaza parking garage located at 303 Peachtree Center Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30303-1216. Please take your parking ticket with you for validation purposes.

Once parked, take the elevator in the parking deck to the Bridge Level (“BL”). After exiting the elevator and walking around the elevator bank, you will see a large security desk at the center of the food court, with check-in kiosks at each corner. If you’ve pre-registered through our office and received a pre-registration email confirmation, please use one of the kiosks to scan your QR code or enter your last name, and complete the kiosk check-in procedures. When finished, show your ID to the Guest Services officer at the security desk. (If you have not pre-registered, then please go directly to the Guest Services officer for further assistance.) Once your check-in is complete, the Guest Services officer will provide you with a badge that will enable you to pass through the turnstiles and cross over the bridge connecting the parking garage to Truist Plaza. From there, take the escalator down to the Truist Plaza elevator bank, and use the elevator bay for floors 43-55 to access the 44th floor, where our offices are located.
